My love for pianos started when I was three years old, when I began to take piano lessons. I have continued to play ever since, and the appreciation and wonder that I feel for this instrument has grown as I have become more familiar with the numerous pianos I have played. I began studying piano technology in the summer of 2008 when I enrolled in the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology, a comprehensive correspondence course in piano tuning, regulating, repair, and voicing. I have also done informal apprentice work with technicians in Prince George and California. I am a member of the Canadian Association of Piano Technicians and an Associate Member of the Piano Technicians Guild. This means that I am committed to, among other things, act honourably and in a professional manner render the best possible service under the circumstances, always keeping the best interests of my client in mind engage only in fair practices strive to upgrade my professional skills and encourage and help others do the same
